CAC was founded in 1995 with operations in 17 countries, producing lines of natural medicines with applications for the treatment and healing of skin disorders. All lines of pharmaceutical products were sold to a third party in 2009.

In 2009, the company structure was merged and consolidated with KIBO laboratories, a division of Alex Stewart International and it is trading under the name of CAC-KIBO.

CAC-Kibo is a company leader in the analysis of foodstuffs for Governments, with the highest level of professional advising on subjects related to:

Laboratory analysis of food staples produced in the country, quality control of exports and imports of foodstuffs, and verification of its safety for human consumption;
